I've been admiring your stuff for a while, and I know I've asked other questions before, but this time it's more specific. Having actually started with polymer clay a bit myself (well, sorta, I used to play with it in middle school but never with anything in mind), I gotta ask how you do the teeth. The clay is just so floppy when narrow, and it's hard to get them looking so crisp and sharp, especially in large numbers. Do you fire them slightly to harden them up first before sticking them in?

Yup, I make big batches of them every once in a while.  Unless it's a specific shape I need. The translucent sculpey is just wayyyyyy too soft.

Oh, cool! Thanks a ton!

How do you fire them to keep them uniformly round? Do you post them on little pins, or do you put them in baking powder/soda/corn starch? Sorry about the constant questions, but there are just so many tricks for this stuff and I'm just curious as to which ones you use since you're pretty much single-handedly the inspiration for me trying to get back into this. XD

No, I just roll them out, throw them on the baking tray and cook for about ten minutes. They stay round, the part that sticks to the tray is completely unnoticeable after painting but it's barely noticeable to begin with

Why not? :O Just too much work, or for religious reasons or something? it's a shame, the kids coming to your house would love all the monsters you make. XD

Nah, I just never really got into it.
I don't usually have too many monsters around, they get new homes too fast. :D
